Project scope

They wished to appeal to both the public and potential new trade customers and the site we developed for them aims to tell their story and encourage customers to purchase popcorn.

We met regularly with the client to gain full insight into the history of the business and its development plans. They were keen to maintain a lot of their existing packaging branding and a perceived seamless approach between product and website. Elements such as the harlequin pattern reflect the vitality, versatility and fun nature of the company and appeals to youthful & professional markets.

We introduced witty copy and interactive elements, such as the products ‘shaking’ and explained how ‘awesome’ the popcorn is, to keep the customer engaged and ensure a fun and light-hearted experience.

The product page has a large cover image showing the flavours of the product, clear package size options and socials so that visitor are encouraged to share.

Icons were created to illustrate important product information such as Vegan, Gluten, GM or Additive free and Made in the UK, free delivery and 1-4 day delivery times.

Nutritional information is displayed in a clear table similar to the product, further down we have the Love Popcorn crown brand to illustrate the quality values. Customer reviews for purchasers build trust and loyalty.

‘Frequently asked’ questions help answer any concerns customers may have.

Client Feedback

We have had a great response from past customers and trade buyers all loving the look of the site. It has surpassed our expectations and new orders continue to grow.
