Project scope
Love Popcorn required an e-commerce website that would highlight their brand values as lively, fun, energetic and ethical popcorn manufacturers.
They wanted to appeal to the public and trade customers, and the site we developed for them aims to tell their story and encourage customers to purchase popcorn.

We met regularly with the client to gain full insight into the history of the business and its development plans. They were keen to maintain a lot of their existing packaging design, and wanted a seamless transition from product to website. Elements such as the harlequin pattern reflect the vitality, versatility and fun nature of the company and appeals to youthful and professional markets.
We introduced witty copy and interactive elements, such as the products ‘shaking’ and explained how awesome the popcorn is, to keep the customer engaged and ensure a fun and light-hearted experience.
The product page has a large cover image showing the flavours of the product, clear package size options and social links so visitors are encouraged to share.
Icons were created to illustrate important product information such as Vegan, Gluten, GM or Additive free and Made in the UK, free delivery and 1-4 day delivery times.
Nutritional information is displayed in a clear table similar to the product, further down we have the Love Popcorn crown brand to illustrate the quality values. Customer reviews for purchasers were also included prominently to build trust and loyalty. Meanwhile, Frequently Asked Questions help answer any concerns customers may have.
Client feedback
