Project scope
Clifford James delivers vehicle diminutions and insurance loss recovery services, and is one of the UK’s leading firms in this area. They asked us to design and develop a new customer-focussed website able to communicate and explain their services, and generate enquiries.
Using content from Clifford James, we designed and developed a bespoke website focussed on engaging with potential clients and increasing response rates. Key decisions included taking a more visual approach, simplifying the pages of the website, removing duplicated content, and making the service pages more informative and engaging.

Project management
Our detailed proposal documentation and initial work closely resembling the finished product in design and function were finalised with Clifford James before progressing to development. This ensured efficiency and kept control of development costs.
We developed a look within the current Clifford James brand, incorporating the blues used previously and giving the whole site a professional, trustworthy look and feel.
With a large heading and intro text for each of the main services, we ensured key messages were communicated and clients could navigate to the their service of interest.
With the addition of testimonials and case studies, we aimed to reinforce confidence and credibility.
Each service page has a unique customer contact form, directing customers to the right part of the business and ensuring key information for that service area is collected. Large and clear calls to action were also included throughout the site to hit the key requirement of the project.
Client feedback
“We are delighted with the website, it’s a vast improvement on the previous one. This site hits our key requirements and delivers on the vision we set out with Offstone in our initial meeting. The process was smooth and detailed step-by-step and we are keen to continue working with Offstone on projects like this.”
