We won a tender to work with Visit County Durham to produce the Durham Pocket Guide, published March 2018. This was the first time Visit County Durham had appointed a third party to produce its long-established guide and the result is the largest edition ever at 84 pages with 200,000 copies printed. We managed the entire project, providing a new design, advertising sales, copy proofing and print management, ensuring Visit County Durham was involved with every key decision along the way. The client was delighted with our service and with the outcome.
What we did
We introduced new sections to the guide, including eat and drink and where to buy local produce. We also introduced new features on Durham, its heritage and the great outdoors.

Our members are accustomed to us producing an annual publication and we were keen to ensure a seamless transition for advertisers and stakeholders.
